Jade Rabbit at The Emerald Room is a family-friendly destination in Portland’s Kerns neighborhood.

Our space features vegan dim sum, pan-Asian fare, tea service, sake, NA beverages, cocktails, and house-made spirits. “Jade Rabbit” is the food of Cyrus Ichiza (previously of Ichiza Kitchen), a celebrated Portland Vegan chef featured in Eater PDX’s Eater 38 essential restaurants 2019-2021, Food Networks Alex vs. America, and the upcoming streaming documentary “Evolving Vegan”.

We’re also a working distillery. You can watch the still — in action — and purchase a bottle of spirits for your home bar.

Cyrus Ichiza, Head Chef at Jade Rabbit (formerly Ichiza Kitchen), has captivated the taste buds of many with his innovative and delectable vegan creations in Portland since 2016.
